POOR POOR customer service from mweb and openserve

Pathetic service from mweb , ordered Fibre , technicians came through and said installation will need pay someoneto come and do it externally. We have gotten no advice and support to our questions relating this ...after calling the numbers provided and being transferred over to department to department.. the agents dealing with the clients are absolutely rude. I decided to cancel and still have not received assistance. Poor poor service. Absolutely disgusting.
