poor poor communications

I had an account with MWEB since 2000, and recently the service is chronic, i have a VoIP phone and what to add international bundle on to my account. There system does not allow me to purchase and the department i need to talk to is un avilable. This issue has been around since November 2022 so don't know how to resovle
