Poor or Non existant service

The back up service & assistance from Mweb is NON EXISTANT. They lie to customers to get them to sign up & once that’s done they change their story. I refuse to accept that or their shoddy service. Huge Problem getting hold of them on email or what’s app. You hold on forever and end up wasting a lot of money on airtime if you try call them.
