Poor network and customer service

I've had a horrible experience trying to solve network issues. There is no online ticket system that works, so I have to make calls, which is time-consuming. Today, they put me on hold for 3 hours while waiting to be transferred to another agent. They expect me to explain my problem to multiple departments instead of escalating the ticket from their side. They offered more problems than solutions. Absolutely horrible.
