Poor mweb sales

Mweb has by far been the worst. An order was placed on 31 July for fibre. To date nothing has been installed by openserve. Every week mweb says it has been escalated. They don't ever call back and update. Then when you call they claim to escalate to management. A month later when you want to cancel they want to bill because it is not in courier packaging. The item is still in the box and courier package was only opened due to the fact that arrangements were made with openserve that a technician would come out in 3rd August to install(an entire day wasted waiting) to date no one at mweb can say why openserve hasn't installed yet. Apart from we will escalate it further. How is this service delivery???
