Poor Mweb Fibre Technical suport

Contacting Mweb fibre support has become a nightmare. Trying to phone them has become impossible as you hang on for hours at a time. You eventually run out of airtime. Contacting them on the app is not very helpful either as the response on my query is not addressed. The response is the prescribed response that does not attend to my query. I have had intermittent internet for more than 2 weeks now. They are not prepared to make contact with me. I have requested it numerous time. Very bad service as internet at home has become vital for working from home. Our income has become impacted and Mweb does not care
