**** poor Mweb!!!!

Extremely poor service. I've contacted them about my moving house and fibre at my new location in the beginning of the month and have had no response what so ever!!!! I'm paying a month account and I've had no fibre and every excuse in the world why nothing has happened!!! Pathetic service...Big company like there's and there is apparently 2 people in the moving department!!! The have no voices cause they don't call!!! Apparently have paralysed hands too, cause they don't reply to mails as well!!!! I will not join with them if questions be asked whether you should??? After sales service is poor, they take your money and immediately forget about you!!! Well done on proving me wrong...There is someone worse than municipal services!!!!
