Poor knowledge

I have been calling and when finally gets through after 20min for assistance then the call gets cut, no one bothers to call back to resolve the issue. I requested my device to be connected due to moving properties, instead the sales team member said that there’s no coverage for Mweb and offered wireless, I requested that it must serve the the same purpose as before just to find out today it’s worth nothing. I’m deeply disappointed that I was offered something that’s useless to me. I have been long with Mweb and wish not to change but please resolve this matter asap as I have already paid for the upcoming month but no service.
