Poor internet service

Hello Guys, think twice before using mweb as service provider. I have 50mb fibre line but don't get the speed i pay for. Logged calls and get bot answer. Switch router of for 20min and then i get 9mb. The service is very poor and would not suggest them at all. You can't even stream as it buffers the whole movie. Even Disney buffers. Hope this helps someone before they sign up. Very disappointed in them and this was after a referral
