Poor Internet connection

Been a Mweb subscriber for a long time however recently the Internet connection has been extremely poor. Always buffering. The tech support is not available after hours. When I eventually get hold of a tech support, the consultant assists and couple of minutes later Internet stops working. So it takes 2 calls for a tech support to assist. The service has not been up to scratch and looking at changing to another service provider
