poor international service

something is wrong with my email account and i am not in south africa. There are no phone numbers i can use on the entire mweb site that i can dial from outside SA. So there is no way i can contact mweb AT ALL. This is terrible and very poor in service delivery terms. I also need to change my mobile number on mweb account but cannot get through because they ask for a code they send (guess where) yes to my email which doesnt work. ****** circle
