POOR FIBRE SERVICE.

Mwebs Fibre service is absolutely pathetic. My connection goes off at least 4 times a week anytime between 6 pm and 10 pm. The support Centre is an absolute nightmare.. Most frustrating to deal with or get service. The rates I pay are higher than other service providers in my complex but I chose Mweb based on recommendations which was an absolute mistake. My neighbours are still connected when mine goes off???? And I still have to go through all the drama just to get a response... Certainly will be recommending alternate providers to my clients and or this poor service delivery organization
