Poor customer services Mweb

Absolutely poor service from Mweb. After making my payment there is no way that you can get through to them. The call centre keeps referring you to the app. The reply time for logging a query take two days. Please fix your contact methods for customers to reach you or close your business. I am contemplating moving my services to a competitor who values customer service. Absolute Joke. To top it off I am meant to write exams online.
