once installed internet at my office and it never worked and i reported the matter and the never send a technician to come and check it out, and one of their consultants was also rude to me, is when I start to reverse the debt order, because I can't pay for service which I'm not using, and they were nowhere to be found telephonically. now they are sending summons demand payment for services I never incurred, and they don't answer their phones to discuss the matter. I'm demand report of usage but are not responding..
