Poor Customer Service:Mweb

Mweb has the poorest service.There is no other way to communicate with them accept to call the call center and holding on for more that hour to be helped.Its been 2 weeks now my complaints has still not been attended too after several calls without any success.Stop saying that installation is FREE when we as customers sign up specify that Mweb only pays for 30m vibre installations.
