POOR Customer Service - Waiting for 18+ days for service

Poor Poor Poor Customer Service. STILL waiting for an installation date via Vumatel - been without internet for 18+ days. Cannot I even believe I trusted them with an installation from the beginning. They also do not respond to private social media DM's. I do NOT recommend them at all.
