Poor Customer Service saved by Thobeka

Worst customer service ever. Soo quick to sign you up and get a sale but poor customer service. Spoke to 2 gentlemen (1 from general enq who placed me on Hold for over 20mins..to only have the line disconnected and then 3 days later another one calls me from cancellation who was extremely rude) I then asked him to put me to someone who is willing to assist because he couldn’t.

The lady in billing department by the name of Thobeka Luwaca, answered my call and went an extra mile. I thank her for her exceptional service. I hope this review gets her far. As for those that are “working from home” and don’t want to assist, I suggest you resign. Thank you Thobeka.
