Poor customer service MWEB

I am trying now the entire morning to get hild of mweb after doing an applucation on the 27th June. Their service lwvel is within 14 days but to date i have had not so m7ch as an sms phone call or email acknowlwdging my applucation. I wventually got hold of a Jason this morning after exhausting my airtime . He provided me with a ref no Mwb***1 with a promise someone wull contact me. Now 3 hours latet no call...phoned and geld for 30 min after which i just got cut off. They have no email address and upon creating an account on the mweb poetal i could not raise a qyery. My concern if its thsts difgicult to get hold of them...what if there us a problem aftet installation...and what about after sales service? Atrocious srvice. Wonder if they will contact me now????
