Poor customer service from Mweb

I am reporting a problem since 14 March 2020. Between Mweb and Vumatel they cannnot resolve the technical issue. Been on the telephone for hours. Trying to call Mweb today since 15h30. Calls get cut off 7 times. I am so frustrated as my debit orders happens faster than fibre connection.
