Poor customer service from Mweb

I cancelled my Fibre internet with Mweb. For some reason they also cancelled 2 of my email addresses. I tried to log a call using http://businesshelp.mweb.co.za/callme.htm. This webpage doesn't work and the telephone number for technical support on the page is actually a Standard Bank number. It tried to send an email to ***. No response, not even the usual system generated ticket. I finally had to phone them and go through their arduous phone managing process to get to speak to a techie. No sooner did I explain that the email addresses needed to be re-instated or the phone got disconnected when he tried to check what to do with a colleague. Cannot recommend these people to anyone.
