Poor customer service from MWEB

I have been trying unsuccessfully to resolve a technical issue due to my RAIN LTE/WIFI not working for 2 weeks. I have spend hours calling the call centre and no none has been able to resolve the problem. Two appointments have been scheduled with me for technicians to assist and not one of the appointments has been honored, nor has there been an apology. I tried to escalate my complaint to the complaints department and to a Senior Customer Services Manager at MWEB, with no response to date!

I am now trying to cancel my account due to the shocking service, and this has proved to be even more challenging!
