Poor customer service

I have tried to contact Mweb via their website at least 4 times and then contacted them on Twitter to get an answer to my query. They eventually answered me but the response they gave did not solve my problem. I have now, once again, sent them numerous messages on Twitter & Facebook & am being completely ignored. They are completely useless when it comes to customer service & I don't know where else to turn.
