Poor customer service ever
Mweb gives the worst customer service. When one has a problem, you can send around 30 to 40 minutes waiting for assistance. When you do get hold of them , they then need to transfer you because you have come to the wrong department. When you are transfered , they ask for your query and ask for you to forward the documents and that it. Months later you will be awaiting but no feedback. The app as a section for logging queries they don't reply but it's always closed off. I have be double debited for 3 months and I have not got a refund. Mweb has the worse customer service. I will never recommend anyone to use them.

Then you wait again then ask a whole lot of questions only to say they will forward the information. Then you can wait for the ***s to come home because they will never call or return a message and if they do , it's asking for the same information you gave them. They have double debited me for 3 months and guess what. The month I did not pay. I was sent a message but still not giving feedback about my R1200 they have taken. The app they have no feedback but gets closed.
