Poor Customer Service

I have fiber services with M web,i moved to a new home and been trying to call them so they can reconnect me on my new home to to avail.Their phones are never answered,tried to reach out to their social media page and their manager promised to get someone to call me back,till today no call back and ive logged in a query in their app but no one is responding to me..This is day 12 im sitting without fiber that i paid for and they also increased my premium without my permission or notifying me. I don't even know what to do anymore as i don't have airtime to call and wait on the phone for 30 minutes without anyone answering their phones.
