Poor Customer Service

I just called Mweb, it took forever to get through when I finally went through to speak to an agent they hung up. Likely they called back but when the agent heard that I want banking details to pay he forced me to a debit order plan, when I try to explain why I can’t pay via my account they hung up on me…I have never heard issues with the service before but their agents are only willing to help if it will benefit them with making sales or something…. So can someone help me seeing that their agents are being paid to be disrespectful to customers..
