Poor customer service

I called in to inquire about Telkom Lte and the lady recommended me to take Vuma fibre because its already installed in my area but l explained to the lady that Vumatel is no longer servicing my area due to ******ion. She insisted and say if they fail to sort it out they will refund me. I did pay and spoke to the Technician and he to me that they are no longer servicing my area. The issue now is getting my refund back. Since December till now l have been calling day in day out and being referred to different people but no solution. They even said l must get my money from payfast since there are the ones who processed the payment while payfast is waiting for mweb to give a go ahead.
