Poor customer service

I have experience a very poor service at mweb I have been they customer for years now. I have no internet for 3 days now I have tried to call them yesterday but no answer I have been on the line and then the call are being drop this morning I tried to call again but it says today that the number I have dialed is not available. I have them this month and this is the service I get I will change my service provider poor poor customer service
