Poor Customer Service !

I am so disappointed by the display of unprofessionalism displayed by Mweb . I requested assistance hence they are my ISP, to resolve the internet connection challenge i have but till this day I haven't find joy. Their communication platform which is "Live Chat" is so ridiculously poor, you will wait for ever to get expression from them. I think I must cancel the contract with them and get myself another ISP.
