Poor Customer Service

I’ve had a terrible service with a consultant from Mweb by the name of Amanda, she did not understand her processes, did not know how to assist in resolving my query and was unwilling to assist. It seems that agents at Mweb are quick to pass the bug to other departments and in her case she transferred my call to a department that does not work on weekends as I had called in on a Saturday. My query remains unsolved after a full week 🤦🏾♂️
