Poor customer service

Paid reconnection fee r249 on (8/1/2026) ,said my internet will be restored in 48-72 hrs up until today still have no internet, tried to call and live chat no agent is available, disgusting customer service!! Mweb cancel my order and i want a refund for my reconnection fee of R249!!!! Highly don’t recommend using Mweb as a internet provider .
