Poor Customer Service

I just can't get a hold of Mweb. I tried live chat via the website then the person told me they have to refer me to the sales department, next thing live chat terminated. I tried emailing them, no reply. I tried calling 4x times. The call drops every time after making me hold on for 10 minutes. This is hell hell hell.
