Poor customer service

I am not happy at all with the Mweb savice they don't have good customers service since last week I have been waiting for a teachnition i have no received any response from Mweb this is what they say It's a busy day today! Please bear with us! It is not right what they are doing to use as customers I will never recommend anyone to use Mweb for internet at home they have poor customer service
