Poor customer service

We have been a client of Mweb for over a year. We are moving and I have requested a move ‘order’. I logged the call on Thursday early during the day. Later that night someone phoned and said they will phone me on Friday to finalize everything. NO ONE PHONED ME ON FRIDAY. We are moving and have no reference as to how long we will be without our internet. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Considering to cancel due to this BAD customer service and help.
