Poor Customer Service

Absolutely poor service. I have requested a call back, multiple times, to be assisted with a down grade on my Wi-Fi. I have made multiple queries and call and no one is able to assist me. I have been waiting for a call back for 1 week. I don’t recommend anyone use Mweb services. Every 5 minutes I was put on hold because the mweb agents do not understand their job. I need my problem sorted out because I no longer can afford it hence why I want a downgrade but no one wants to assist
