Poor customer service

It is hard to get hold of MWEB office. I have tried all the numbers. My problem with them is that since I signed with them two years ago, they keep on increasing the subscription without informing me and I don't see the reason why they should increase as I did not change the plan. The fact that I can't get hold of them for explanation is more frustrating
