Poor Customer Service

terrible customer service, i wait in excess of 30min to get through to a representative. when i do get through, i have to keep re-explaining my query, which does not get resolved. Instead, I get transferred from operator to operator with no resolution. often when I've called and do eventually get through, I can hear them having a conversation on the other end, ignoring my call completely. this has been going on for a week!

can someone please assist me?
