Poor customer service

I have never experienced such awful service. I an existing MWEB customer and want to upgrade my services. Nomahlubi is the worst person ever, she doesn't have customer service and doesn't apply her mind. I need someone who can apply her mind and help resolve my query. As per Thembi Mbangeni the only way for me to be assisted is to send a complaint via the MWEB website. So much for being a customer and I think this kind of customer service will end up driving customers away from them.
