Poor Customer Experience

Hi I'm soooo disappointed at MWEB Internet, I made a payment on 22 December 2023 after my account was suspended however till to date my account is not activated after on their website it says once payment is made account activation takes about 24-48 hours. IVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES BUT LINE KEEPS ON BEING DISCONNECTED, I've logged numerous complaints none is getting back to me.

This service is very discussing for such a huge company and and I don't wish this experience for anyone, I even wrote on their Facebook page but none cares to respond.
