Poor communication service
Its a total disaster in calling mweb as they take for ever to answer calls,i have been trying for the past hour (5/12/2023) been asnwered once then transferred and put on hold. Holding on up to 15, 20 minutes at time costs us more on calls to mweb than anything else. Please can some one from Mweb please contact me *** .

07 Dec 2023, 09:582 days later and still no contact from Mweb. I am now on a call thats over 20 minutes and still no one is available at mweb technical. I have issues with my internet speed which i need to get back to the speed that im paying for. Total disaster trying to get thru to mweb technical
