POOR COMMUNICATION SERVICE

I have a direct deposit but they still trying to deduct money from account and threatening to close suspend my account if I don't make immediate payment however their billing have no direct line or email to send through proof of payment to avoid suspension. I have called all the numbers but they take me to whatsapp which is also useless as the agents there dont reply but only Willie the robot replies. I really need this to be fixed before it affects my credit scrore.
