Poor Communication and Poor Service

I spoke to Tiyani M regarding my Router and it was on promotion for R249 for the first 3 months, it was a lovely deal and the first payment was debtedl. the 27/06/23. A week later, no delivery or communication from Mweb. It wa smy responsibility again to enquire, my Sales Advisor didn't bother to do an "Aftersale" with me or follow up, turns out they went to leave. Between the and now, I've had issues with my POA even though I've explained countless times that my mother is not the one paying for the Router, I even went as far as attaching both our ID copies that have the same surname. After Tiyani I've been going back and forth Daniella, Arezona, Keelan, Karabo, Zimi and finally Nokuthula advised me to reapply even with that being done, it did not speed up the process. Foast forward to today, I finally recieved the Router in the 14/08/2023, it literally worked for 5 days, it's suspended and I was told that I needed to pay a Prorate fee because it's been activated before I actually even had it, I don't know how. I don't have a problem with making the payment, my issue is the terrible communication and the distasteful experience with Mweb. Thank God Nokuthula was finally able to assist me, I waited well over a month and onky got to use these services for 5 days. The communication was terrible especially about the prices and how everytime a debt that you didn't know about doesn't go through, it's an extra R50 charge on your Prorate fee, the consultants don't bother to follow up except for Nokuthula and honestly I would never get more products from Mweb purely based on this experience with them.

My patience has exceed it's limit at this point
