Poor communication and get never get what you paying for

Mweb is a **** and I’m cancelling their services my connection is doesn’t even get close to what I signed up for , and I phoned them last week to report this issue I was on waiting for almost an hour and the lady that was assisting me , told me turn off all the other connected devices and leave one and test my speed for to even get close to what I signed for when I asked what’s gonna happen when all the devices are connected again she couldn’t answer me then she eventually dropped the call poor service , poor connection I’m cancelling your services it’s even hard to get through to you for help
