Poor communication

Fibre line has not been working since Friday 26/05/2023. Called in ànd they told us the it was not on their side and we had to call Mweb. Called Mweb and they told us the incoming signal was causing the problem. Called Zoom again and they said they would send some out. Called again the next day and they said that no one was sent but they would dispatch someone immediately. Waited till 17h00 and still no one had come out. Called again and the lady said there was no problem reported. After the 4th call to Zoom we finally got a reference number. Nobody has come out till now. MWEB NEVER LOGGED RHE FAULT WITH ZOOM
