Poor call center service

Mweb new business call center, after signing up with them yesterday. I'm still waiting for my email with username and password in, the call center remedy is check for caller ID on my iPhone. Sorry but this has still not been fixed because I still don't have the information as asked.

Call center agents remedy is to send me an email with proof that he has sent me the email, that doesn't fix the issue.

Makes me wonder if moving back to Mweb wasn't a mistake.
