Poor Billing

Pathetic Billing, they don't ****en know how to calculate their billing. No matter how you can break it down to them they still don't understand yet they force you to understand their stupid explanation. I did billing for over 10 years but their billing is just to rob customers. How can 1 pay over 800 for pro-rata it's more than their monthly installment. And if you tell them to break it down they don't make sense at all. Feel like just terminating service with them.
