Poor and pathetic service from Mweb

I have had just about enough of the poor service that we receive from Mweb! We have cancelled their services and even though we have paid the amount to cancel they still went and gave us over to ITCBA Debt Collection Agency! Why the hell if we have sent proof of payment would this be possible????? As soon as we try to explain over the phone that we have made payment they put the phone down while we are still talking! Pathetic and bad service not to mention how rude they are with clients over the phone!
