Poor and ******* service at MWEB

I have app**** for Fibre from MWEB, waiting 2 months without any action, I cancelled the order and then app**** to Accelerit, within 3 days I have received a router but now I cant use my Fibre because MWEB wont release the line, they say it will take a month to be release and is their processes, I am not stacked without internet service which they could not provide to me, they are holding my line for what ? When they could not provide me with the service ?
