Poor aftersales service won't recommend

Im waiting 20-25minutes before a technician answer the phone i have confirmed my details and everything so he know who the caller is A short while the phone call drop and he did not ever bother phoning me back not the first time this is happening i won't recommend MWEB to family and friends
