Poor aftersale support system

Poor support services. They are surely not investing in the after sales customer experience. Potential new customers, be warned. The service is the best when they bring you on board as a client, once you are in, be prepared to spend your last cent chasing them because you will hold for so long, and you won't even get a call back should you get cut off or decide to end the call. While you hold, you will receive whatsapp messages requesting you to use the nonexistent online chat service. Thats a special place for you to have a conversation to yourself, then you receive a nice message telling you the chat is closed after a long period of inactivity. How pathetic.

Hi Enock, we can see how difficult and frustrating this situation has been for you, being without service for this long, spending significant time trying to reach support, and then having to rely on your own mobile data for work, schoolwork, and daily household needs is understandably overwhelming. The impact you’ve described is very real, and we do acknowledge the strain this has placed on you. At this stage, our technical team is actively working on resolving the fault and restoring your connection as a priority. We understand the expectation around a temporary LTE router as a workaround; however, we’re not in a position to dispatch temporary backup equipment for this type of fault. The focus remains on resolving the underlying issue so your service can be restored properly and remain stable moving forward. We also recognise your concern around the time, effort, and data costs you’ve incurred while trying to stay connected. Your experience has been noted, and we are treating your case with urgency while the technical team continues their work. We’ll ensure you receive a clear update as soon as there is meaningful progress on the restoration. Kind regards,
 The Mweb Team

Still no one dispatched to resolve the problem regardless all the promises. Its been 7 days of blackout. This is sad. If I stay with you beyond this point, you must know I am completely lost. No ways I can endure this kind of treatment for life, I am paying you money. I cant be begging for service.

Hi Enock,  we hear your frustration, being offline for 7 days is a serious disruption, especially when you’re paying for a service you rely on daily. We also understand how exhausting it is when you’ve had to keep following up without seeing a clear resolution on-site.Our technical team is currently looking into the matter and working to identify the cause of the ongoing outage. At this stage, the issue is under active investigation and we are pushing for it to be resolved as quickly as possible.Feedback will be provided once the team has completed their checks and there is a clear update on the restoration of your service. We understand the urgency and impact this is having and this remains a priority case.Kind regards,
