Poor after sales service from MWEB

So I am paying for a 100mb fiber connection, but constantly getting only 10mb download speeds. I am getting gaming lobbies in excess of 200ms ping. I have reported this and apparently it has been escalated, but I have heard nothing back as yet. What am I paying for? I have fiber for gaming and streaming, if I cant do these 2 things then I might as well burn my money. Fix the internet issues MWEB or I will cancel.
